Karen has 8 years of Property Management experience. She started working at Two Plus Four Management in 2003 as a Community Manager at Auburn Heights (where I have lived for 27 years) and Northbrook Court Apartments. In 2010 Karen took on two more properties, Elaine Estates and Greenview Hills Apartments. Karen was then promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2010.

  Karen has experience with Section 8 and Tax Credit Properties and is also the Coordinator for EIV (Enterprise Income Verification) for Two Plus Four Management and SAVE (Department of Homeland Security's DHS).

   Karen has earned certifications for Certified Housing Manager, Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) and Fair Housing Training.
