Kay joined Two Plus Four Management in December 2005 as our accounting manager. She brings to the Management Company over 25 years of accounting experience from a variety of companies.

   Kay started in Public accounting, where she worked for 11 years at a local accounting firm. She then went on to a manufacturing/distributing company of language instruction software. Before joining Two Plus Four, Kay worked for a not-for-profit Public Broadcasting Station.

   Kay's responsibilities at Two Plus Four encompass all the accounting functions for the properties as well as the corporate accounts. With oversight over her own staff, she has already made significant changes in the accounting department. Utilizing her organizational and time management skills, she recently completed the implementation of a new accounting software system at Two Plus Four.
