Kirsten has over 10 years of Property Management experience. She started her career working as administrative assistance to a Regional Property Manager learning the business from the ground up. In 1998 Kirsten was promoted to Regional Property Manager. Working hand in hands with the owners and developers over the last eight years, her portfolio has grown to include over 12 properties. Kirsten's portfolio consists of tax credit properties, properties funded with Housing Trust Funds and HOME funds as well as projects leveraged with Rural Development.

   Kirsten enjoys excellent relationships with government agencies, including USDA/Rural Development, NYS Division of Housing and Community Development, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  She is proficient in the installation, implementation, employee instruction and upkeep for the compliance of all government program regulations for each site in her portfolio. Kirsten's corporate responsibilities also include the coordination of initial rent ups of new properties.

   Kirsten has earned certifications for Certified Housing Manager, Spectrum STAR 515 Rural Development training, Fair Housing Training, and is a Certified Tax Credit Compliance - C4P Specialist.
