Maleta Snell has joined Two Plus Four Management with over thirty years in the industry. She has worked both on the West and East Coast. She brings years of on-site management, leadership, and enthusiasm to our company. Her years of experience in Market, Commercial, HUD and Military housing bring a unique and balanced leadership style.

   Maleta is a Licensed New York State Realtor and active Certified Disaster Instructor. She has spent years responding to our Nation's largest disasters including the tragic events of 9-11 as a field supervisor for the American Red Cross.

   She and her husband reside in Cicero, New York where they are active members of their Town and the County of Onondaga.
