Michelle Moyer has 30 years of experience in Housing Management. She started as a Certified Housing Inspector in 1982 and has excelled to a Regional Manager for the past 10 years and has recently joined the team at Two Plus Four Management.

   Michelle is responsible for training her staff on Housing Regulation, Computer skills, and file reviews. She also has ability to work on Capital Improvements to keep the Project functioning above housing standards.

   Michelle is certified in Section 8 Voucher Program, Tax Credit Program, Rural Development, Section 8 Occupancy, 515 Rural Development, 202 Section 8 and PRAC's. Michelle has an excellant working relationship with DHCR, CGI, HUD, and Rural Development personnel. Michelle also has experience in opening new buildings, working with contractors, Architects, and tenant relations.
