Theresa has over 19 years of Property Management experience. She began working for Two Plus Four Management in 1988 as a Resident Manager at Upper South Street Senior Housing. In 1989 she took on 2 more properties, Genesee Country Apartments and Brookside Apartments as Resident Manager. In 1998 she then took on 2 more complexes, Community Manor I and II. She managed all 5 Complexes for over a year. Theresa was able to carry the work load of both Management and Maintenance when the properties were without maintenance personnel.

   In 2004 Theresa became Assistant Regional Manager to Phil Curriere at Two Plus Four Management. She carried out a portion of the responsibilities in the Western Region for him. She would attend government inspections alongside Phil. In 2006 Theresa has sucessfully transitioned to the position of Regional Manager for the Western Region. She enjoys working closely and communicating with government agencies including Section 8, Social Services, ARC, Office for the Aging, as well as on-site staff.

   Theresa has earned certifications for Certified Occupancy Specialist, Spectrum Star 515 Rural Development, Fair Housing and Drug Radar.
